Replace drives in NAS and restart backups from scratch

Description

The drives in the DS215j Synology NAS have failed with multiple bad sectors and the RAID collapsed.
NAS was in a single drive configuration, new drive was added and the second drive failed during rebuild.
New drives are required and entire NAS has to be reinstalled from scratch due of both drives dying.

There are currently no on-site or off-site backups being done for three months now.
